What is the maximum size for pictures that I can upload?
The maximum size for pictures is 1000 x 800 px or 500 kb. This is for performance reasons. The pictures shown on the website, however, will be no larger than 800 x 600 px. Again, the resizing is done for performance reasons. A size of 800 x 600 is sufficient for a good quality image of your goods.

My digital camera/mobile phone produces larger pictures than allowed. What can I do?
You will have to resize them prior to uploading. This can be done with any photo editing program. A free resizer program can be downloaded at Free-Picture-Resize-Starter or you can do it easily online at www.picresize.com/. You may also want to google for other options, there are many!

When I first registered I chose my Contact Name / Telephone No. to be made public. How can I change this?
Log in, go to My Account, Account Info and uncheck the boxes accordingly.

Why does my e-mail address not show in my details?
This is done to protect you from spam. Unless you have chosen to make your telephone number appear on the website the only way to contact you is by filling in a form. This will be forwarded to your e-mail address without revealing it to the public.

I don't have a paypal account/I don't want to register with paypal - Do I have to choose "Manual Payment"?
No, you can still choose paypal if you want to use your credit card/debit card to pay. Just follow the instructions on the paypal website. Choose "Manual Payment", if you prefer to send us a cheque or transfer the fee into our account. Bear in mind, that your ad will only appear, once the money has reached us.

 I've sold my article. How can I make sure that people know it's not available anymore and no longer send me emails enquiring about them?
You can mark your article as "Sold". Log in, go to My Account, Manage Listings and either delete your ad or mark it as "Sold" by clicking the appropriate icon.
